The apartment

The place is ideal for vacationers, business travellers, couples, groups, and families requiring quality, safe and secure accommodation in a central location.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned. We also have a fibre-optic internet connection, Apple TV, cable TV, books and board games. Our place has two bedrooms and a cosy living area with plants and homely decors, spacious study space with universal power sockets. The living and dining areas include a dining table and chairs, sofa with side tables, flat-screen colour television, and fantastic views. The two bedrooms have independent air-conditioning, comfortable beds, armchair, dressing/study table, built-in cabinets and storage space, clothes iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and amazing views.

Our place is furnished with a complete set of appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, and electric kettle. The galley kitchen has built-in cabinets and storage space, refrigerator and freezer, electric stove with range hood, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, an assortment of dining utensils, and Nespresso machine.

The apartment is equipped with two fully-tiled bathrooms that come with a shower each, flush toilets (WC), large walk-in hot & cold shower enclosure, and hand basin.

Within the duration of their stay, our guests will enjoy and gain complimentary access at the Liloan Golf and Leisure Estate. which has a breath-taking 18-hole course in 65 hectares of greens, ideal for the passionate golfer, seeking to play through a course to start or end her or his day. The town of Liloan is located around 21 km north of Cebu City and takes around 45 min to travel by car.

The apartment place has its own dedicated secure basement parking space that can be made available at any time during your stay for a small additional charge of P250 per night of usage. Monthly parking fees can also be arranged.

We endeavour to personally meet and greet my guests upon their arrival to ensure a smooth and proper check-in. Guests will always have our contact details for any queries that you may have. Moreover, the staff in the lobby will also be available for assistance round the clock 24 hours every day. The condominium has 24 hours security. We believe that all interaction should be driven according to the requirements of our guests. Therefore, even if we are endeavouring to be available to assist your needs, we will never intrude.

Other things to note

• The guests will shoulder the consumption of utilities. Please turn off the aircon, TV, lights as well as the water taps when you go out in order to save water and electricity costs.
• Please endeavour to take out your trash as frequently as possible to prevent pest/insects from coming into the unit.
• Parking space available. For private, dedicated and secure overnight parking, it will be PHP250 per night. Monthly rates are also available.
• For a fee, you can conveniently avail of in-house laundry services located at basement 2.
• Please let us know if you wish to avail of our airport transfer services at a discounted rate of 1,499.-PHP per way and 2,698.-PHP for two-way transfers.
